Swords Into Plowshares
As the capstone event and primary vehicle of Swords Into Plowshares, the Shabbat of Influence provides a distinctive setting through which our organization advances its mission of cultivating trusted relationships, meaningful dialogue, and strategic collaboration among leaders across Faith, Marketplace, and Government.
The Convening
Where faith, marketplace and government meet
The Shabbat of Influence convenes leaders at the intersection of faith, marketplace and government. Gathered together in the sacred rhythms of Shabbat, it sets the table for high-level dialogue — advancing relational equity and strategic partnership among leaders.
Not a conference, but a table. Candles lit, bread broken, and time made long enough for trust to take root.

Set your place at the table
Share your details and the hosts will be in touch. Space is deliberately kept small — we seat a balance of faith, marketplace and government so no single world dominates the table.
